Highly decorative early 20th.c. gilded draft screen c.1910. Of unusual design, having five symmetrically arranged folding panels rather than the more commonly found three or four. Well shaped giltwood frame with carved detail and a glazed top portion over panels covered in a red and gold silk damask (the reverse being plain). Good condition with a few minor chips to the gilt.
