A fine quality Edwardian mahogany and inlaid oval bijouterie display table. The glazed and hinged lid having foliate scroll & flowerhead inlaid frame within boxwood strung edging. The front back and sides with further fine marquetry inlay in various exotic woods and particularly good pen work. The table is lined with fine quality water marked Moire Silk and is raised on square cabriole legs with “X“ shaped stretcher and further boxwood stringing throughout. This fine display table is all most certainly by Edwards & Roberts. Condition- Very good with working lock & key. Dimensions:- Height…30.5’’/ 77.5cm. Width…24’’/ 61cm. Depth…16.5’’/ 42cm.
