Exceptional Silver Gilt Mug. A quality piece of mid Victorian silver. The mug has been very well made and is decorated with bead work around the rim and four large cartouches, two plain ( ideal for inscription) and two with intricate floral imagery. Further bead work can be found to the base with a scrolled feathered handle and gilded interior finishing the piece. Hallmarked for London 1860 and in very good condition, this is a fine example. Weight 151 grams.
