Exceptional Pair of Extra-Large Provincial Benches

Hutton-Clarke Antiques is pleased to offer this rare and impressive pair of exceptionally large late 19th-century benches, dating to circa 1890.
Unusually generous in scale, these benches feature wonderfully deep seats, making them both highly practical and visually striking. The tops are crafted in solid pine, displaying a lovely mellow blond colour with attractive natural grain and honest wear commensurate with age. The bases are constructed in solid oak, providing excellent strength and stability, with simple provincial lines that complement the substantial proportions.
Their rare extra-large size makes them particularly desirable — ideal for farmhouse kitchens, large dining spaces, commercial interiors, or statement hall seating.
Height 51 cm, width 301 cm, depth 26.5 cm Customers are more than welcome to come and view and collect items from the unit in Winchcombe, Gloucestershire Gl54 5JE (appointment only). All items are checked and restored to a professional standard before leaving.
