A very impressive and impossible to find pair of French Regence style bookcases or cabinets. These have come from a Chateau in the Loire region. Dating to the early 19th Century and made from oak. The fronts and sides are serpentine in form and each has a central drawer with cupboards under. The top glazed section has 2 shelves, key is present.
These are very elegant in design and they sit well in a room.
In excellent original condition for the home.
