A superb quality early 19th century William IV card, or side table.
Circa 1830.
Made of rosewood, with stunning figuring and rich contrasting colours to the timbers.
The rectangular top swivels open to reveal a storage compartment below, with a newly fitted green baize top.
Makes a wonderful side/console table.
Standing on an octagonal upward tapering pedestal, attractive decorative carved collar, with a quadriform base with turned feet over castors.
Excellent antique condition. General minimal signs of age and use, with a lovely rich patination.
Very solid sturdy and strong.
