A good quality antique Edwardian mahogany tambour front double filing cabinet on ball & claw feet dating from circa 1910. The interior has 16 slide-out trays, which can be removed to allow extra load space. The tambour front rolls down and locks at the top when not in use. The cabinet is made of nicely figured solid mahogany with a gadrooned edge to the top and carved ball and claw feet to the base. A good size, standing just over 1.2m high, offering plenty of storage, it would work well in any setting.

Good condition. Solid and sturdy. The tambour is a little stiff towards the bottom rung and needs a little shove down to fully open. This type of lock can be a little temperamental it keeps the door closed but can be prone to opening.
