Handsome Edwardian mahogany revolving bookcase having a square moulded top above an arrangement off three shelves joined by 3 slats with a reeded central slat raised up on cruciform base with metal support. The top has a silver presentation plate applied to it which dates this to 1904.
The revolving action is strong and smooth. Overall, a sturdy bookcase with a rich mahogany colour and patina. There are many places to use these bookcases and they are not only very practical but also very attractive once they are filled with books.
