Edwardian Post Card Display Stand

A Great piece, and so rare , this one was used on a shop counter offering postcards with Seaside Scenes to the visitors
The rack has an iron swivel base and it has 12 metal leaves each with 2 sides, and each side holds 4 post cards
The stand is in good condition and works well, an interesting piece for display of cards in a hotel, shop or museum
The Rack is 23” tall, and 13” wide, the base is 9” in Diameter
