An attractive, circa 1910, solid English Oak Monks bench. This piece has a plain and simple design, and features a large back support which conveniently turns this table into a useful side table. Its lift up seat provides you with a large storage area for boots, shoes etc. This settle stands on turned legs and has had castors fitted in its lifetime. These can easily be removed, and would not affect this piece of antique furniture. The item is in outstanding condition for its age as it has been recently re-polished.
