A highly unusual Edwardian Daybed/Ottoman having 2 buttoned feather cushions of which can be used to make this piece become a sofa if up against a wall or used for comfort when reclined. The 2 large bolster ends hinge back enabling this piece to be used as a day bed. It also has the edition of a lift up lid for storage, raised on 4 mahogany squat bun feet. Recently re-upholstered in a high quality needle cord cotton fabric.
