An early Westmorland Wainscot Chair, circa 1670, solid oak, and with a beautiful double panelled back with lozenge and foliate carving. It has thumb moulding to the front of the seat and shows the sort of wear one would expect in a chair which is around 350 years old, with some old restoration, and stands on original, untipped, legs.

The chair stands 42.5" (108 cm) high ad is 22" (55 cm) wide. The maximum depth is 23" (58 cm) All items are sold with a 14 day money back guarantee.
