Court of the Common Pleas Document dated 1745.
Authorisation given by George Green & Thomas Henzele, Attornies of the Court of Common Pleas to appear for Robert Armstrong of Swaledale, gentleman, in respect of an action brought against him over a debt of £300.00 by Richard Fairlam of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, glazier.
Has the Seal of Robert Armstrong, 3 Embossed Duty Stamps for Sixpence each and a nice clear Paper Tax Duty Stamp Franking. Printed Letterpress and Handwritten onto laid paper.
