Continental Arts & Crafts Oak & Marble Wash Stand
A wonderful Continental Arts & Crafts / Jugendstil oak and marble wash stand, dating to circa 1900. Inlaid to the cupboard doors in pewter, ebony and brass, with brass handles and lock plates, it is an elegant and practical piece of antique furniture. Although intended as a wash stand it would look great in a dining room as a drinks cabinet! It features an arrangement of two top drawers over a pair of cupboard doors, and a long base drawer beneath the removable rouge marble top. It is eminently practical as is, or, dare I say it, would make a fabulous sink base! Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, there are a few marks to the rouge marble top but overall it looks great with a fabulous colour. The central cupboards have a key, but not the drawers. It measures 102cm tall, 50.5cm deep and 120cm wide including the rails, 105.5cm without. Free delivery within 30 miles of Taunton, elsewhere shipping in England and Wales £72.00, with lower Scotland 84.00.

You should receive the goods 10 - 14 days after ordering, more time is required for delivery to the Far North and Scotland. Delivery is to the door, but with request the driver will normally assist into a secure place, house, garage, outhouses, etc.
Levels Antiques do not accept responsibility for any damage caused on the customer's premises when the delivery is being made.

Once item/s are delivered you have 14 days to cancel the order. Return of your purchase(s) must be within 14 days of this cancellation date.
The cost of the item/s and any delivery charge paid by the buyer will be refunded, whilst the cost of returning the item/s is at the buyers’ own expense.
