A superb, very early cedar and walnut chest with wonderful colour. This chest comes in 2 halves the top section has 2 drawers with side runners and the lower section contains 3 drawers, also with side runners, behind 2 panelled doors. The sides of the chest are panelled and it stands on gorgeous bun feet. The handles, though right for the period, are probably replaced.
