A stunning Edwardian period mahogany and satinwood centre table in the manner of Thomas Chippendale. Of very good construction in solid mahogany with attractive satin wood and flame mahogany veneers. The shaped top is cross banded , with segmented satinwood veneers surrounding a central flame mahogany panel. Supported by 6 elegant cabriole legs with carving to the knees and terminating in "ball and claw" feet. Offered for sale in excellent condition, with a great colour and patina. Note: razor thin hairline crack to the central flame mahogany veneered panel (see photo).
