Early 20th.c. red lacquered chinoiserie cheval mirror on stand c.1920. 16″ x 52″ mirror with a shaped top and bevelled edge. Within a slim frame with gilded and raised lacquerwork chinoiserie detail against a red ground. Angle adjustable on a matching stand with tapering columns topped with turned finials. Further chinoiserie detail, large brass fixing screws and raised on swept legs front and rear with the original brass castors. Some obvious tarnish to the mirror, otherwise very good condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
