An interesting Chinese red lacquered hall stand with gilded highlights. This unusual piece is crowned with carved and gilded dragons.There is a central mirror and a decorative caved panel with birds, flowers and foliage. The stand is joined to the rectangular pierced shelf base and supported by 4 further carved dragons. To the reverse of the mirror is a large Chinese gilded character.
