Here we have a wonderful rare small Charles II Oak chest of drawers c1680. As you can see the chest has great colour and patina. There is a plank top which has excellent colour and grain. The top is pegged to the base (photographed) and there is a configuration of four full width drawers below. The drawers are hung with side channels and have boards from front to back. The drawers have wonderful geometric fronts and slide perfectly. The sides and rear are panelled and of course the whole chest is of pegged mortice and tenon construction. A super chest of small proportions in excellent retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 88 cm wide 58 cm deep 90 cm high.
