Fine Quality Drawers & Cabinet - Burr Walnut - c1850
A top quality Victorian cabinet with a quartet of drawers and marble lined cupboard presented in excellent condition.

The piece is wonderfully crafted and features the desirable original moulded edge recessed marble top, fine burr walnut veneer and ebonised drawer beading and other embellishment.

Rising from ebonised flat bun feet the cabinet rises through a trio of lower drawers, into a marble lined cool cupboard with false twin drawer front, with further drawer over.

The piece shows rounded profile to the exterior corners and a serpentine front. Original ebonised drawer knobs complement the stunning appearance of this superb example.

Perfect as an office or study piece, in a hallway, as a bedside cabinet or set up as a vanity in a bathroom or dressing area.

Overall a very desirable English antique which offers tremendous style as well as being a functional item of antique furniture. Oak lined drawers, strong dovetailing, weight of construction and overall craftsmanship prove this as a rare example with lovely proportions.
