Carved Oak Box Settle c.1890.
Splendid late 19th.c. carved oak box settle or hall seat c.1890. Crisply carved back panel, arms and base with medieval revival leaf and ‘green man’ detail. Lots of useful storage for shoes etc under the lift up seat panel. Good pale colour and excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
