Carved Gilt Wood Wall Mounted Console Table
Lovely proportioned French 19th century gilt wall mounted console table with a later mahogany top, circa 1860 and in good condition.
The console is well carved and in good condition. Wall mounted, so it will need to be fitted to the wall for stability. There are fixing points within the frame, so it's all ready and an easy fix.
The console table would have originally had a marble top, but at some point, this has been changed and the mahogany top fitted.
Measuring:
32 1/4 inches or 82 cm high
26 1/2 inches or 67 cm wide
17 inches or 43 cm deep Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!
Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
