We are offering this very realistically painted Hat & Coat Rack of an Atlantic Salmon (Salmo Salar) by the artist Clive Fredriksson, who has dated the work to the lower right and dated it 2021. The piece has been carved out of a solid block of oak and bears 3 iron coat and hat hooks beneath the salmon.

Clive Fredriksson was born in Africa, and now resides in East Sussex, England. His artistic process is a journey, one if discovery and expression. The body of work Clive produces is a veritable treasure trove to anyone seeking something truly bespoke. The eclectic nature of his work reflects his deep passion and determination for colour and texture as he explores a myriad of ideas. His paintings and wooden sculptures constantly create an absolute pleasure of living with art on many levels. Clive's paintings draw you in with the familiar and invite you to interpret them with your own individual flavour. His wildlife and animal paintings are legendary. His focus is to create paintings which capture a moment being inspired by the effects of light, he transforms the ordinary into the extra-ordinary. His sculpture work reflects his very real appreciation of the nuances of wood shape, colour and grain, and his love of the tactile is obvious in the beautiful results.

The rack is provided with two brass mirror hangers so that it can be securely screwed to the wall.
