A very good Georgian style burr walnut sofa table of serpentine form. Of good construction in solid walnut with attractive burr walnut veneers. Offered for sale in excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops, it has a wonderful warm colour and patina. The 3 drawers are each fitted with their charming original brass drop handles. The flaps lift up into place and are held there by loppers. The top of the table is cross banded. It is finished to the rear so could be free-standing within a room , or sit against a wall. This lovely table could be used in a range of different room settings within the modern home.
