A splendid burr walnut chest on stand, or tallboy, in the Queen Anne style. Of very good construction in solid walnut and attractive burr walnut veneers onto an oak carcas. Of serpentine fronted form and with a series of 6 drawers (affording ample storage capacity) and a brushing slide, all fitted with the original solid brass hardware. Standing on elegant cabriole legs with carved shell motifs to the knees. Sympathetically refinished in our workshops and now offered for sale in excellent condition, with a great colour and patina, ready to go straight into the home. Splits into 2 sections for ease of installation.
