An excellent burr walnut break-fronted bookcase in the Georgian style. Very well made in solid walnut and attractive burr walnut veneers. The top, glazed, section has four doors which open to access painted interiors with adjustable shelving. The base section has a single central long drawer sitting over 4 cupboard doors. All standing on bracket feet. The top is surmounted with a broken arch swan neck pediment with a central carved and gilded shell motif. All doors are lockable (keys supplied) and this bookcase splits into two sections for ease of installation. Sympathetically refinished in our workshops to a very high standard. Now offered for sale in excellent overall condition, with a great colour and patina, ready to go straight into the home or office.
