Bobbin Turned Rocking Chair
Lovely example of a late c19th solid oak "bobbin" turned rocking chair with newly upholstered seat.
The rocking chair has been through the workshop, so all joints are solid, fully cleaned and has polished up beautifully.
Very much a useable chair, but also looks amazing so it would work really well as just a decorative piece.
Measuring:
41 3/4” or 106cm high
23 3/4” or 60cm wide
27” or 69cm deep
Seat rails 19” or 48cm high at the front
Delivery to most England, Wales and Scotland addresses at £55 +vat, but please send me your postcode if you are a bit remote or coastal as it could be more...or you are very welcome to collect from me in Uppingham, Rutland Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!
