8 day French round plate movement with platform escapement, benefitting from a recent service by us. The 80mm gold dial is in excellent condition with the hours indicated in Arabic numbers, with outer minute batons and Arabic numbers at each quarter, signed Alstones & Hallam, 69 Cornhill, complemented by black spade style hands.
The black chinoiserie Napoleon style case is in extremely good condition the chinoiserie artwork is incredible for 100 years old, standing on brass feet. A full strip down and service has been carried out by the Clockbarn, this item is sold with 12 months guarantee.
