Beautiful late 19th.c. birdseye maple pembroke side table c.1890. Sparkling birdseye maple veneers to the top, front, sides and rear. The top with thumb moulded edge and two folding leaves held open on sliding loafers. Over a single slim drawer and a fall front cupboard (with dummy drawer fronts). Raised on slim carbiole legs with crisply cast and gilded ormolu mounts to the knees and feet all round. Oak lined drawer and cupboard. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
