A stunning hefty cut glass decanter in the ever-popular hobnail design with cantered corners with a horizontal cut, the underside withe a star cut.

The neck incorporates a pouring spout and holds the original stopper. The stopper is kept locked with the the Betjemmans Patent lock with the original key the key is turned and the lock is released to allow the stopper to be removed allowing access to the precious contents.

A stunning example in excellent condition measuring 3 1/2" square x 9 3/4" tall to top of stopper.

Late Victorian in era, dating to c.1890.
