Attractive Small Antique Oak Wall Hanging Shelves
A lovely small oak three shelf unit. We date these shelves to the 1900s.
These lovely shelves have fittings for mounting them to a wall with carved and turned supports. The top shelf has turned wood finials and small turned ball feet to the base.
The shelves are designed that they can dismantled by turning the piece of wood between the top finials and removing the shelves
The shelves have an overall height of 26.5" (68cm), a width of 23.5" (60cm) and a depth of 6" (16cm).
These lovely shelves remain in good condition with surface markings commensurate with age and usage. There is a sliver of wood missing from the rear of shelf and a small split in the wood on the rear of the middle shelf. The shelves have some wear to some of the edges.
These remain very stylish and elegant shelves which will continue to provide good service for many years to come.
