An exceptional quality satinwood arts & crafts period Dressing Chest with multi position mirrors.
Original Warings (predecessor to Waring & Gillows) label fixed in top drawer. Chest has pair of stepped frieze drawers over two long drawers, raised back having two jewel drawers & architectural form pillars supporting tilting mirror. Fabulous multi position side mirrors of shield shape on exceptionally well engineered copper & brass columns that swivel & tilt. All bevel plate mirrors, made probably to a bespoke design between 1880 & 1897. 122 Cms wide. Inspection only by prior appointment. Price quoted excludes any cost for delivery. Collection of purchased items by you or your couriers by previously arranged appointment only or we would be pleased to obtain courier transport costs for your consideration.
