Arts & Crafts Large Solid Oak Dressing Table

A lovely antique dressing table. We date this dressing table to the early 20th century.
The dressing table is by Kaufman, Salford.
The dressing table sits on four downward tapered legs with pad feet and consists of three drawers, with a central swivel mirror.
The mirror is supported by two side supports that each have a small shelf and a small embossed decorative copper panel. There is a central shelf below the mirror flanked by a small raised drawer to each side. The drawers are fitted with brass drop handles mounted on backplates.
The dressing chest has an overall height of 62.5" (159cm) (including mirror), a table height of 30.5" (78cm), a width of 48" (122cm) and a depth of 23" (59cm).
This lovely Arts and Crafts dressing table remains in very good solid condition with only minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage. There are a few darker marks to the shelf area and a slight ring mark to the top surface with minor wear to some edges. There is a minor age split to the top of the left hand side small drawer and a small chip out of one of the feet.
This remains a very stylish and elegant dressing table which will continue to provide good service for many years to come.
