Circa 1890. An interesting oak Art Nouveau open bookcase, top with three-quarter gallery, raised with a pierced section, unusually the top overlaps the gables. Beneath the top there are shaped oak brackets on the outside and an elegant frieze to the front. The inside of the bookcase is polished with three solid oak adjustable shelves with ribbed facings, solid gables with curved arches at each end to form the feet.
