A stunning original Art Deco figured walnut leather top desk. This was made in England, it dates from the 1930’s.

It is an unusual design, with a nice and compact size, the quality is absolutely amazing. One side is curved with open shelving on the sides, there is an inset black leather writing surface. The solid wood construction has a combination of burr and figured walnut veneers, giving a striking effect. The carved walnut handles are original, and this is also beautifully polished on the back, so can be used as a free standing item.

We have had this stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is superb throughout.
