A splendid and rare games/coffee table from the Art Deco period. Well made in solid walnut with attractive burr walnut veneers and with a style redolent of the era. The circular top can be removed to reveal a baized lined gaming surface. Further , the top itself is baized to the underside and can be flipped and repositioned baize side up. By twisting the table four gaming chip holders extend out from the body of the table. An unusual design that we have not seen before. When not being used for gaming purposes this table could serve well as a coffee table. We have had it sympathetically repolished to a very high standard and it is now offered for sale in excellent condition, with a great colour and patina, ready to go straight into the home.
