This is an Antique Victorian Rosewood writing desk c1880-1900. It is raised on slender tapering legs with boxwood line inlay to the top. There is a central drawer with brass drop handles and a central urn inlay with fan inlay quadrants to each side unerneath the drawer framing the drawer. The leather appers to be the original leather which is green with greek key patterning to the edge which is surrounded by boxwood line inlay with boxwood line inlay also being applied to the top edge. A lovely small delicate ladies writing desk.
