This is a wonderful Superior Quality example of an Antique Victorian Chiffonier c1860-80. It has an Oak carcus with flame Mahogany over it so its stable if not a bit heavy. It is raised on bun feet with a bracket base and a pair of opening lower doors that open to reveal an cellarette drawer, two linen slides and shelf above. Above this is a cushion shaped drawer with central scoop under handles flanked by carved sconces. The top has a great back with loads of deeply caved foliage with great patination. A lovely piece.
