QUALITY ANTIQUE SOFA /SETTEE BY JAS SHOOLBRED LONDON. A 19th century, high quality sofa, featuring five rarely modelled reeded oak column like legs, with later brass castors. This Victorian three seater sofa has been upholstered in a vintage woven wool fabric, which is very clean condition with a little wear, making it look very country house and comfortable. The seat cushions are feather filled and the back and arms are sprung. Complete with an ivorine label, 'Jas. Shoolbred, Tottenham Court Road, London. A very comfy and generous antique sofa , made by a leading maker of the time. English. Circa 1880.
