This solid silver compact is suitable for use with modern loose face powder or as a handbag mirror.
A superb sterling silver powder compact made the prestigious maker Walker & Hall. It is fully hallmarked & was assayed in Birmingham in 1950. The lid and base have attractive engine turned designs made up of tiny diamond shapes. All clasps & hinges work perfectly. The mirror is excellent & gives a perfect reflection. The original puff & sifter are present & so this vanity can be used with modern face powder.
This super mid-century solid silver compact mirror measures 3 " & weighs 68.3 grams.
