Antique set of 4 William IV carved mahogany dining chairs dating back to approximately 1835, featuring impressive melon-fluted legs.

These chairs are robust, substantial, and well-crafted with no loose joints. Recently upholstered in a durable, heavy-weight fabric with a natural, light oatmeal color, they offer both strength and visual appeal.

Overall maximum dimensions are 51cm in width, 49cm in depth, and 95cm in height (with a seat height of 45cm).

As customary for antique furniture of this age, there are historical knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, repairs, and alterations. Some historic extinct woodworm holes have been treated, and there are signs of historic repairs, ensuring the chairs are now in good and sturdy condition.
