A late 19th.Century Chippendale style mahogany bookcase. The outgoing dentil cornice above a cross banded frieze. The 2 glazed doors with 18 pane astragal mouldings and the interior with 3 adjustable mahogany faced shelves. The whole rests on a claw and ball stand with carved acanthus to the knees and gadrooned frieze. Condition- very good, original finish, with working lock and keys, fully cleaned and waxed. Dimensions :- Height…69’’/ 175.5cm.Width... 50’’/ 127cm. Depth…15’’/ 38cm. Interior Shelf Depth…11.5’’/ 29cm. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £65. ALL TRADE ENQUIRIES WELCOME.
