Antique large oak Georgian gateleg table
A wonderful quality Georgian oval oak gateleg dining table. This large eight seat seater 18th 19th century Welsh extending drop leaf farmhouse country kitchen oval shaped table has a great colour and is larger than normal. The top is a six plank top the base all hand pegged with a rich patina and the legs terminating in an out swept Braganza design. This table will accommodate 6 or eight people with ease. The whole has been fully restored by qualified professional restorers sympathetically and wax polished to a rich colour . The two drawers with queen anne drop brass handles and useful to store cutlery or table cloths. Circa 18th century.
