A wonderful set of antique library steps in the Georgian style. They were made in England, and date from around the 1930’s.

They are a great size, and are very useful as intended, to reach upper shelves of a bookcase, or even as an occasional side table.

The frame is mahogany and birch, the steps have inset hand coloured and gold tooled leather surfaces.

We have had these recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for their age.
