Antique George 111 Oak Astragal Glazed Bookcase and dating from aorund 1780. It has a cornice top above a deep frieze with two full length astragal glazed doors with working lock and key. Internally there are four shelves, with each shelf being removable to enable space for larger books . It is moulded to the base and stands on bracket feet.

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the oak oozing all the charm and character of the period.
