This is an Antique Mahogany George III pot cupboard or bedside cabinet c1790-1810. It is raised on straight legs with a triple reeded moulding to the bottom with a single door hinged on the left hand side. There is an open cupboard inside with the door having double boxwood line inlay and a brass turn handle. the door is bowed but doesn't detract and adds character. The top has a triple reeded moulding around the edge echoing the bottom moulding. A lovely example with great patination.
