A superior quality antique 19th Century French balloon back chair in beautifully figured rosewood carved with flowers with needlework upholstered seat and padded back. A really attractive chair, in Louis VX style, with beautiful lines, the knees and top rail carved with flowers, with channelling to the sides and seat rails, the curvaceous cabriole legs terminating in carved feet. Ideal as a bedroom or dressing table chair at 43cm high to the seat. Good condition.
