A really magnificent and unusual Partner's Desk Inkwell made from a hefty piece of English crystal with top quality intricate cutting.

This inkwell would have sat in the centre of a Partners Desk and with the patented Betejamann's double action lid could be accessed from either side of the desk. This beautiful polished brass or bronze lid is mounted with a cabochon polished Agate stone surrounded by a fine rope mount. This one is not marked Betejammann's but would undoubtedly be by the famous maker.

Excellent undamaged condition with a base diameter measuring 4 1/2" and standing 4" tall.
