A wonderful little desk inkwell made from solid English brass which has been professionally polished to gleam. The hinged lid is in perfect working order and once opened reveals a removal ceramic liner for easing re-filling and cleaning.

Dating to the Victorian era, around 1880, it remains in splendid condition. The base diameter measures 3 3/4" and stands 4 1/2" tall.
