Good quality antique burr walnut card table in the Queen Anne style, dating from the 1920-30’s period & in excellent condition. It has a serpentine shaped front when closed & opens up to reveal a large baize playing surface. The baize does show some signs of wear & I think it’s the original one. We can have this re-baized for about an extra £75. The middle back leg pulls out to reveal a secret compartment & also to provide support for the playing surface. This table has a tightly patterned burr walnut & all the solid walnut legs are beautifully carved at the tops.
